I enjoy working out and have been boxing for 20 years.  Over the years, I've seen people struggle with fitness and strength building.  
My journey as a certified personal trainer began some time ago with the goal of encouraging and assisting as many people as possible to reach their full potential, which is what drives me on a daily basis. I offer expertise in muscle growth, muscle definition,  weight loss, as well as boxing coaching and believe that consistency and dedication are indeed the prerequisites for achievement.
